Our journey with East Coast Aloha began with a passion for the pure, tropical joy of Hawaiian shave ice. We fell hard for the vibrant spirit of Hawaii, and we yearned to bring that same sense of Aloha back to Connecticut. Living on the East Coast, we were on a quest to find that perfect, authentic treat without all the chemicals. But it hasn’t been easy… The shave ice scene here was drowning in preservatives, added sugars, and a bunch of gimmicks. We just wanted something simple, organic, and dairy-free, especially with a little one on the way (due in May!). We dreamed of a tasty treat that we'd happily share with our baby. So, East Coast Aloha came to life, bringing the chill vibes of Hawaii right here to Connecticut. Every bite is a burst of genuine aloha love. Let's spread joy and make a difference, one delicious and pure treat at a time! 🌺

And because we're not just about shave ice, we're also proudly pro-puppy, a chunk of all proceeds goes to supporting Connecticut animal shelters. We'll be hosting a series of dog park shave ice parties, so stay tuned!
